Can anyone give me instructions on how to make Halloween luminaries out of paper bags and tea lights? - luminary bags
Draw your design on the pocket. Holes along the edges. Place about 3 inches of sand or cat litter on the floor of the pocket. Place a tea light sand or rubbish. Be careful when lighting it. Once lit, the light must shine through holes revealed the design.

What type of project you are looking for? I have always used just to align my entry. Draw your design on paper and then make it look like a drawing point to point to a star in the points. Remember, at the top of the bag on the floor before filling with sand (or cat litter) fold makes it a little more stable.

Put sand or kitty litter in the bag and smoosh the tealites in sand or gravel.
